I agree with the points you have listed out, and yet one challenge I face is that sometimes it’s just not easy to implement when you have to persuade clients, stakeholders and leadership team. If you tell them to not hung up with the numbers, but emotions, then they are going to ask you how can you measure them? And when you talk about inclusion, they might say our product is not even good enough for the majority, so we shouldn’t focus on those 1% just yet. Ultimately they run the business, they see every decision from business’ lens. I wish to see some advices on how to convince people this is important and something we need to invest in…
