Thank you for posting. I really love the framework here for the process. One thing I would say is, this seems to be a good map for product development in general, instead of just what UX designers do. And it'll be even better if we have different parties involved in different phases listed, because right now it does look like this UX designer is a unicorn and does everything, but some of the processes might be led by other functions such as strategy, research, PM, dev, marketing, etc.
