There’s a problem with hover state: it won’t work on mobile. I would suggest to just have text there, instead of icon, e.g: Save, and Saved. And once the state changes to “Saved”, there should be a tooltip to prompt and say: you can find saved listing here” and the “Wish list” icon is highlighted, something like that.
